Baron E. Bernard, Sr.

Mr. Bernard brings over three decades of experience in management, finance, and marketing.  During his extensive business career, he has been responsible for planning and implementing the founding of three management companies where he served as principal.  As a part of his assignments, he has performed major turnarounds for real estate investment trusts, which resulted in averting their failure.

Mr. Bernard has been involved in a variety of companies that were capitalized via private placements and IPOs.  He is an expert in planning and implementing events that have resulted in the placement of investor funds in client companies.  Internally, he is responsible for the management and coordination of company operations, client relations, and administration.

Mr. Bernard is a graduate of Cornell University.
