Unfortunately, many startup and growing companies do not have the resources to hire the necessary caliber of executives using traditional compensation packages.

Because of our record of success in fostering companies, we can also help to find world-class, seasoned executives who are willing to accept positions with packages that are based on stock and/or deferred compensation. Such positions can be part-time contractors (usually our own personnel) or full-time employees. These professionals are comfortable taking packages that initially pay no cash compensation during the first year because of our proven record of being involved in spectacularly profitable ventures that often go public.

Most venture capital firms require that a prospective venture be presented with a complete management team and board of directors. By contrast, outstanding opportunities created by physicians, engineers, and other innovative entrepreneurs rarely are accompanied by the necessary resources and contacts to assemble a full set of personnel. With our resources, we are able to provide personnel resources easily, and concentrate on finding the extraordinary ventures that are most likely to be highly profitable. By excavating the most promising opportunities, and providing staff as needed, we are able to outperform industry averages substantially.
