If so, please contact us. There is no initial need for a business plan, executive summary, or other presentation.

If you have a business opportunity that meets our criteria, we would enthusiastically like to hear from you.

We respect the dreams and efforts involved in every startup or scientific discovery. Although we cannot provide funding for every opportunity, we thoughtfully consider all plans sent to us. Different from the customs of our industry, you do not need a pre-existing personal relationship for us to accept your proposal.

Please send any relevant materials, such as an executive summary, a presentation, a business plan, brochures, and/or a detailed letter to us via E-mail (preferred) or to 2082 Michelson Drive, Suite 212, Irvine, CA 92612-1213.

Do not let the business plan itself, a sparse management team, or an incomplete sales and marketing plan cause you to delay submission of your opportunity.

A unique characteristic of ours is that we seek the opportunities with the most explosive profit potential, not merely the easiest turnkey solutions. We are accustomed to providing management teams, marketing analyses, and other assistance with business infrastructure.

Confidentiality

Please do not send any confidential information initially. If confidential features of your opportunity are instrumental to its attractiveness as an investment, please assert that such confidential features exist and describe the features’ business impact with as much detail as possible without revealing the trade secrets directly. We can analyze confidential characteristics subsequently if there is sufficient interest to pursue due diligence.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION THAT IS SENT TO US WITHOUT A PRIOR EXPLICIT WRITTEN REQUEST FROM US FOR SPECIFIC CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Based on this notice, if you send us any introductory documents that are marked as confidential, we will assume that the confidential information has been deleted or that you no longer require that such information be kept strictly secret. Regardless of legal obligation, we respect the conceptualizations of entrepreneurs and scientists, and, regardless of profit opportunities, we endeavor to preserve the opportunities conjured by entrepreneurs and scientists. To avoid perceptions of impropriety, we prefer not to be exposed to trade secrets during early evaluations.
