Do you have a business concept, small business, or medium-size company with explosive growth potential?  Are you prepared to pursue the formidable goal of going public in the near future?  If so, there is a possibility that we could provide you with your needed capital.

We seek ventures that have the following features, among other criteria:

•  a commercially viable business in biotechnology (such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or pathology) or other high-margin industry;

• strong patents, the ability to obtain strong patents, or other formidable barrier to entry for competitors;

• minimal or mitigated regulatory risks; and

• morally upstanding with little or no legal problems.

Although we emphasize startups, we are also accustomed to working with late-stage (pre-IPO) businesses.  Occasionally, we work with exceptional turnaround opportunities if there is an opportunity for substantial transformation, effectively providing a superior opportunity than an analogous early-stage venture.  We do not co-invest with other venture capital firms.

Beyond funding, we help ventures in our portfolio to achieve their potential by providing personal assistance.  By joining your board of directors and management team, our professionals will work side-by-side with you strategic developments and throughout the effort of going public.

One of our unique aspects is our willingness to place a team of successful executives and board members into a venture to amplify its success.  Therefore, we do not require that a management team be assembled before we become involved in a venture.
